  • Hi, I’m Sophie, one of the PTs here at YourGym!

    I specialise in face-to-face personal training across Lytham and Kirkham, supporting women who are either new to the gym or ready to build that extra bit of confidence in their training. My sessions are welcoming, supportive, and all about helping you feel strong, capable, and comfortable in the gym environment.

    I’m also a Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor, teaching here in the Re:Form studio. You can catch my classes on the timetable or book in for private Pilates sessions if you’re looking for something more tailored.

  • Hi I’m Ryan, a hybrid performance coach with a background in professional football, where I built the foundations in strength, conditioning and high performance training that now shape my coaching approach.

    I specialise in hybrid fitness, combining strength training, running, and conditioning to build athletes who are strong, well-conditioned, and resilient. Whether your goal is improving body composition, preparing for your first hybrid fitness race, chasing faster times, or simply becoming fitter and more capable, my coaching meets you where you are and progresses you step by step.

    Alongside adult coaching, I also work with younger athletes, including academy footballers, developing physical qualities off the pitch — strength, speed, conditioning, and robustness — to directly enhance performance on it and support long-term athletic development.
