Katie is a female specific trainer, transformation and nutrition coach, with over 11 years fitness industry results.

Hi I’m Ryan, a hybrid performance coach with a background in professional football, where I built the foundations in strength, conditioning and high performance training that now shape my coaching approach.
I specialise in hybrid fitness, combining strength training, running, and conditioning to build athletes who are strong, well-conditioned, and resilient. Whether your goal is improving body composition, preparing for your first hybrid fitness race, chasing faster times, or simply becoming fitter and more capable, my coaching meets you where you are and progresses you step by step.
